This plan consists of a nutrition plan customized to you from Debbie as well as supplemental support with Kayla. The plan is comprehensive, yet simple to follow and will lead to ultimate wellness and weight loss when combined with the Slim Shot. You will meet with Debbie every week to evaluate progress as well as to make any necessary nutritional change. During this meeting Kayla will administer the Slim Shot.
