Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us, and we understand that sometimes
schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we ask for a 24-hour cancellation
notice.
A credit card is required to hold all appointments for new clients. Cancellation fees will
be charged to the card on file.
Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to change, cancel, or reschedule
your appointment.
Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will result in
a 50% charge of the service fee.
Late Arrivals: Please note that if you are late to your service, we can only provide the
remaining allotted time for the service. Cancellations due to late arrivals will result in a
charge of 50% of the service charge.
No Show/No Call will be charged 100% of service.
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any
availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled.
